CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that is scalable for all levels. It incorporates high-intensity interval training, weightlifting, gymnastics, calisthenics, and other disciplines including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced.

Kids

OG Fit Club has a place for kids too! Join us for an after school kids class to get them up and moving while learning beginner techniques. This program goes overall general physical needs: running, jumping, throwing, squatting, pushing. We also offer a kids nutrition program. 1 on 1 or small group settings. It’s just as important for our kids to learn proper nutrition, then to learn proper exercise habits.

Personal Training

Personal one-on-one training with the trainer of your choice, to reach all of your fitness goals at your own comfortable pace. A program specifically designed for you. Our training philosophy is base off of Crossfit mythology. This encompasses all genre’s of fitness. We truly believe that your movement pattern is of most important’s. The better you move the better you’ll feel.
